It would be unusual for AMD to permanently penetrate $20 on its first try. There were over 20M shares traded when AMD first penetrated $20 on the way down in October. Looks like we're on track to exceed 20M (exceeding 10M by noon would be a good test).

Sure I'll eat a little crow for ya....not an Intel baiter though...I own almost the exact same amount of shares of both stocks. Am I happy with the earnings..not really. Missing reduced estimates is not what I'd like to see. Stock reacted well though...funny market. IBM has helped.
