E! Nope! Californians still want "something for nothing".... and the problems all a "conspiracy of the big power companies"...Power should be generated in "other" states and sold to California at rates which Californians deem to be "fair" (well below market). Next "fix" will be more socialism, as the State takes over the free market functions....should work just as well as it does elsewhere -- Russia, for example. Free market capitalism will come as a last resort, I suspect. Maybe even "real" deregulation... But first they will conduct a few petition drives in the dark to reprimand any politicians who "cater" to the power companies by allowing them to recover portions of actual costs... Seems like fun to me <gg>
