eUniverse sends out 17 million emails a day -- going to 50 million. Half the emails get clicked on . Half a million get forwarded each day. The embeded advertising goes with them. The forward goes to an average of 5 other people. That is 2.5 million additional viewers a day that would likely click on a message received from a friend.

Approximate numbers--unaudited
Opinion -- this is a big deal

The above is the result of diligence. Sorry about that!

It gets broken according to the deal. We'll probably never know which or how various deals are structured internally due to competitive secrecy. Some have all going to us--they do sell without a partner. Some have splits. The membership revenue flows from about $7-10/mo or annual differing from membership club and/or alliance. Paul won't even say who the Buyer's Club is sponsored through yet. I'd like to know what is offered and for how much in the various clubs. I think Paul said we would get some of this information shortly.

Affinity gets to work the data bases. I don't know how or if that sale gets split. I assume it is according to the deal made.

Roix won't do a deal that doesn't have the margin worked in. That remains a sticking point. Hope it's true. Working at a loss is adamantly supposed to be gone and margins are in.
