Any comments on Merrill sudden recommendation to buy tech stocks? Ever since Milunovich stopped covering companies and became the strategist full time, he tries to behave like a fund manager. Also, it was probably not lost on him that his model portfolio of the ML's ten best tech stock ideas is lagging many of the lowest rated tech stocks at ML.
