I agree. Those are very large subject areas, but I think one line answers are tough. But because you asked, I'll try.: Abortion - I think it is morally weak but should be allowed because of the parasitic nature of the relationship. It is an ugly form of birth control. Gun control - Generally the same as yours. It is becoming a public health matter, and should be treated as such. Affirmative action - I'm against quotas and discrimination based on irrelevant criteria of any kind should be outlawed. Sexual harassment - is inappropriate in the work place and especially is inappropriate in the White House. Even if Monica was not harassed, sexual relations between a superior and a subordinate are inappropriate especially when that superior is married. [same] Drug enforcement - non-violent users should not be jailed, In fact, I'm in favor of legalization of many drugs to stop the hypocrisy of nicotine and alcohol being legal while other less harmful(in my opinion) drugs are illegal. [same] Environmental - The environment is all that is important long term - without a healthy environment, we are toast. It doesn't belong to us - it belongs to all species and all generations (including the unborn!). Decisions need to be based on LIKELY scientific expectation, not based on a presumptive right of exploitation and non-sustainability. Defense - we need a strong defense. I'm not favor of the proposed anti-missile defense system due to its violation of previous treaties. Foreign policy - We should work with nations as equals and respect national integrity. World matters should be handled by a world government. Immigration - At some point the life boat is full - we are starting to outstrip our resources. We should work with other countries to create a situation where their people don't have to leave, but can choose to leave if they wish. See Environment.
