Ahh... but that's the beauty of Jackson's situation... Whereas Clinton didn't need a "smokin' gun" to justify sicking the IRS on an opponent or conservative thinktank, Bush has few qualms about authorizing an audit that is triggered by obvious signs of misappropriation of funds. And having a non-profit organization provide $40,000 in moving expenses to the mistress of its leader, who happens to be carrying his child to boot... well, let's just call that "probable cause". If you're going to be a "law and order" president, you can't ignore such blatant evidence in the interest of political expediency. In fact, Bush's administration may be morally required to act upon this evidence. Regards, Ron
