that means : you are FREE to pray all you want, in the proper place. YOUR church, YOUR home, YOUR head. i also expect that they behave in the sense that if there are people who do NOT want to listen to it, their right to privacy should be respected.

1 - Would you apply such standards to all public speech? Political speeches and protests? Arguments about economics? Two guys talking about sports while walking down the street? Two 13 year old girls gabing on a bus?

2 - Are you asking for this as a matter of politeness or as a matter of law? This to me is a very important question.

3 - Your right not to listen to something is a slipery kind of right. If someone invades your home to talk to you about things that you don't want to hear or they follow you around preaching at you then you have a good case that your rights have been violated. But that doesn't mean you have a right to tell everyone with different ideas to shut up when they are in public.

as i told you earlier... you are not going to convince me, nor i am going to convince you. -- nor i have the interest to convince you. we have both made our respective points. now please take your mission with someone else.

I think you misunderstand me. I am not argueing for schools to try to convert students or orginize prayers for them. I am not trying to convert you. I have never tried to convert anyone. I don't go around preaching or preying outloud in public. I'm not even a very religious person. I'm arguing for freedom of religion and speech. (and that this freedom should not be limited to homes or churches)
