I know there are many people out there who actually have a real need for an SUV (e.g. those who need the interior capacity and/or off-road capabilities more than twice a year). But a lot of SUV owners out there could have easily managed with a more fuel-efficient car. 2) Do you believe in releasing price controls and letting the free market pressure California into conserving more electricity? Do you also believe gas should be at least two bucks a gallon, like Al Gore once believed? Tenchusatsu
