I got them at 1 5/8, seems to me they are way overvalued and in the wrong sector to be priced for perfection. I wouldn't be surprised if their fear of slowing business prompted them to make the acquisition. Anyway, I've been away from the networking industry for a while but there are a ton of network mgmt. companies products to choose from and something better always comes along. The market looks like it wants to melt up though, so whatever the news is might not matter. Good luck to us tomorrow
