Another one bites the dust: Anderson Exploration Ltd. And Numac Energy Inc. Announce Agreement on Anderson Offer to Purchase Numac Shares (January 18, 2001) Today in Calgary, Anderson Exploration Ltd. and Numac Energy Inc. jointly announced that they have entered into an agreement pursuant to which Anderson will make an offer to purchase all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Numac for a cash consideration of $8.00 (Cdn) per share. The aggregate value of the Offer, including assumed indebtedness of Numac of approximately $135 million (Cdn), is approximately $960 million (Cdn).
