I was wondering how long it would take for someone to find that in the 8-K.

I'm not a lawyer, but I believe it means the warrants which are trading at $.562 are going to be worth no more than $.50 on 3/31/2001.

It would be a good short, but the commission would eat up the profits and it would be hard to find warrants to short. You also need to tie up $5.00 per warrant you are short in cash or stock at DLJ.

Jim

PS: I bet the warrants fall to .50 tomorrow.
