I'm back after being on triple super SI suspension...got a kick out of the fact that they booted me the night I left for vacation, with a reinstatement the day I returned!...Vegas was a blast...golf by day, gamble by night...and oh yes, I was just such a bad boy!...just as a warning to other dems or liberals out there: express an opposing opinion, expect to get booted by the SI (aka SS) police...censorship is alive and well at SI.

TAW - I too am watching the festivities. It does make one proud. It seems the miltary bands and color guards are performing with unusual zest and precision. The infidels have been driven from the temple. God is in his heaven. All is well again. Halleluja!

Dear Dear Nadine, I always love liberal vacant minds who are clueless of automated processes

Tom,
For your employer's sake, I hope you conduct your engineering work with greater rationality than your SI posts would indicate.

Statewide, Florida had a ballot reject rate of over 3% (in majority black districts, it was 10%). I did not learn this from "talking heads" but from the elections officials of Florida.

Where I come from, we do not call processes with a 3% error rate "100% accurate". Nor do I have blind faith that a process is perfect just because it is an "automated process".

Programs have bugs, machines go out of tolerance, and users behave in unanticipated ways. Even the manufacturer of the Votomatic machines admits as much, but apparently you know better.
