Sunw is gaining market share across all regions. Compared to IBM, SUNW has gained unit Server sales by 300% (Y-to-Y). And per CEO Mc Nealy "...THE GAP IS WIDENING (in favor of SUNW). IMO, this bodes well for SUNW. Our company is gaining both market share and market competition. Backlog brought down a bit to $50-$75 million this quarter but it is still quite difficult for them to bring it down much more. European growth continues strong. CEO Mc Nealy says there is very little "product risk" going forward. It is the best product line now available that we have in many years in any time in the history of the company. EKS

I just bought 1,000 shares @ $34.00 after-hours after listening to Mike Lehman's part of the conference call ... that gives me 2,000 @ an average cost of $45.43 ... i don't know about ct but I'm pleased you put on the SELL THE S & P 500 BUY SUNCOM TO CELEBRATE TRADE...AGAIN. couple things though, tell us BEFORE you do it next time so we can PREPARE...to do the opposite. Also, I am breathlessly waiting for next week...when we are notified that you SOLD your puts, just as you tell the thread what a SHIVERING bear you are. brrrrrrr. You have a week for the S & P to crash HTE. We can't wait for the fireworks.
