When there was a shortage of Xeon chips, Intel was gouging the public by charging more than ten times the marginal cost of the chip.

Intel should voluntarily give up all that money and be entitled only to a fair profit of 2% over its cost.

After all, that would be consistent with what San Francisco is asking the power producers to do.

Now that was a low blow and for no reason. What makes you think my statement had anything to do with "Asians".
You are really sinking to low levels.

The problem is that the population of California has nearly doubled and they haven't planned for it by building more power plants.
20 years ago the environmentalists said no more nuclear power plants. They forgot to limit the consumption end of the equation not that they could have.
There are several choices. None without some pain.
