This is nothing. Naqcess was a multi-year, on-and-off project that went through numerous iterations before it finally died. In some ways, Naqcess might be considered a distant relative to SuperSOES and SuperMontage.

As I recall, over those few years its' name changed from Naqcess to NextNasdaq, and finally IODES (the Integrated Order Delivery and Execution System).
