Dave,

To make you feel better, I sold 5000 shares of NVDA a couple of weeks ago for $35. It is now $55. Left a cool $100,000 on the table in less than two weeks.

Pravin.

Dave, I hope your got out of SNDK before today.

Gottfried, I also sold 350 shares yesterday. Not too many, but that's still $1,400 I missed. However, those shares were at a loss, so I get the write-off, and I turned around and put the money into another stock (SNDK). I'm only up $400 on the trade, but if you bought anything it can more than offset. NAZ futures are up. Tomorrow should be a good day.

RESEARCH ALERT - Morgan Stanley cuts SanDisk

siliconinvestor.com

NEW YORK, Jan 24 (Reuters) - Morgan Stanley said it cut its rating on SanDisk Corp. on Thursday, downgrading the supplier of flash memory chips for digital cameras to neutral from an outperform rating.
It gave no further details, but the downgrade came one day after Sunnyvale, Calif.-based SanDisk reported a sharp slowdown in fourth quarter sales -- a slump it said could continue through the first half of this year.
SanDisk closed Wednesday at $46-3/16.
