Tom, I did post on the other thread my desire to close (cover) out ARBA short today at the close.

I'd like to use the proceeds to go short AETH for now.

Commerce One (CMRC) 26 1/8 +4 7/16: Q4 earnings come in at a loss of $0.05 a share, $0.02 better than consensus; revenues rose 1033.3% to $191.40 mln. Company said it expects revenue for Q1 to be between $205 million to $210 million, well above the current estimate of $184 mln. For FY01 expects revenue of $900 mln to $950 mln vs the consensus estimate of $822.7 mln.
