Sergio,

CATS filed to get on the NM NAS from the SC about 90 days ago. We both think they meet the requirements and wondered what could be holding it up. Basically they are a hi tech growth company selling at a PE of 4. They currently have no analysts and if anyone ever picked them up they could do a quick run to ten before you finished your morning coffee. They are identical to XICO which sells at a PE of around 25. If they get on the bigger NAS they might draw some more attention.

Any experience with companies moving from SC to NM?

Joe

"Figuring listing requirements for"

CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Joe and I have been pounding the table for this stock all week. Okay, well, CATS, PCOM and MTIC...MTIC showed some support today, albeit on low volume at 4 1/2. I'm looking to play it near 4 again.

The market should be in a good mood tomorrow, even though it is triple witching. MSFT and SUNW both met estimates (lowered) but both had 35 to 44% over last year on rev's. MSFT traded up to 59 in AH. YEEEHHHAAA for my bride, as she has a bunch of MSFT.

Sold some Feb. calls on RDRT.
