I can just imagine what penny quotes are going to do to limit orders(partials or plain missing it). Looks like the next best strategy will be to use market orders with limits.

This is great news.

One thing I have thought of regarding penny increments:
It would be great if you could program Realtick and similar software to round the pennies to nickels or higher, but still order the market participants in the level II montage so that the actual highest bid and lowest offer is at the top. Hopefully you could easily determine the best bid/offer and still see the levels clearly.
