Huh ? All lights in my house that will be stayed on more than an hour a day has been changed to flourescent.

The quality of fluorescent light is variable depending on the phosphor mix. Fluorescent light at 5900K and above is much higher quality than incandescent, much closer to natural sunlight, and thus allows improved human vision with less eyestrain.
