Also Falun Gong cult uses the same swastika symbol tilted the right way - not in 45 degree though. They claim themselves as semi-gods, and never go to see a doctor if infected with viruses, since they argue that their spiritual practice would heal the wound. Scary stuff.... Q

Sounds ridiculous, but I think the PRC govt is so paranoid about it Were the Chinese leaders as paranoid as you seem so eager to make them out to be, it's a wonder they walk out their front doors every morning. In fact, I guess one could say that every day in China is "groundhog's day", with everyone afraid of their own shadow. As for the origin of the swastika... it has a history going back in various cultures, not just chinese, to include the American Indian. I don't wonder at all. I knew some real NAZI's and they were pretty boring people and I have zero fascination about their rigid socialist ideas and beliefs. I have a statue of a horse with a swastika on it's hindquarter and other symbols from Africa. It was explained to me by a religious studies major that the swastika symbol is a fire symbol. It's all evil and the proof is in the pudding and you can flush the NAZI and Commie symbols and ideas down the toilet of history. And the sooner the better. The silly Chinese Communists are about to be laid low by Falun Gong which I understand is basically a morning stretching exercise. So much for the power of communist ideology
