Well, no it isn't, but everyone who does reveals their anti-free enterprise/statist bias. And you gain no rhetorical points with me by pointing out that a Republicrat signed the bill. I acknowledge that there are many, way too many statist socialists who call themselves Republican. They are as much an enemy of freedom and prosperity as any democrat.

Deregulation is what everyone in this country is calling Ca.'s problem.
