Craig, did you read the 2d half of that same message? By the way, there was plenty of capitulation in some stocks during the March to December slide. I just agreed with the previous poster that not all stocks capitulated. But, I don't acknowledge that they have to in order to satisfy me that the last bull has been "chastised". (:o) I think a lot of bears are upset because they are short, are getting squeezed and feel like the financials should be vindicating their bearish stance. The market confounds the majority...always has and always will.
