Usually when a company delays it's not because of good news but on the other hand what more bad news can we have? Worst case scenario? They've had more ISPs default. Best case? They've doubled the number of subs expected because the ILECs are sharing lines and secured funding for the last part of 2002.

Could have something to do with the fact that they've restructured.

They better not do this in my opinion. They could and should comment on whatthey did collect though.

COVD has said they will report this revenue on a cash basis, when received. If they add/account for these delinquent monies received in mid/late January in the Quarter ended December than this is not 'cash basis'.

It should not be in the December quarter numbers. But should be in the quarter numbers of when it was received.

No way. Maybe they need more time for the end of fiscal year report.
