Okay, the volume indicator makes a lot of sense, i.e., lessening volume going up means top may be near, lessening volume going down means turnaround is close. But, as someone who's still in the learning curve, lessening by how much? Over what period? I'd like to hear what the experienced investors on this thread think.

Thanks, this thread has already made me think about the market in a new way.

Another point is that its difficult to assess an analysts true motives. I believe there is a rule in the works where they will have to disclose their holdings in a stock when they make a rating.
