get yourself the following book and you should be all set.

Since you'll probably end up doing most of your Nasdaq trading through REDI (at least that's what I'd recommend) also make sure you check out their documentation (http://www.redibookecn.com) for the details of their order logic. IB sends marketable limit orders to REDI as type LMT orders.

One caveat for smaller traders- If you trade odd lots, you only want to route nasdaq orders to isld, arca, soes or nasdaq (selectnet). You will occasionally get a fill on redi for an odd lot order, but only if it has an odd lot order already on the book to match it with.
