Check out candles set at 60 min. with a 60 tick.
Actual lower than today gap is @ a little under 19.
A semi doji star a little above 19 (which is reflected in
the upward price today), usually indicates an up
trend. It is also "intruding" into the prior hours drop,
which is good upward moving sign.

As you stated, the next gap is around 14.
Just my VERY humble opinion.
I try to buy quality, hopefully low,
and sell when indications show that the stock is
overly bought. In the words of Chief Dan George, "Sometimes the magic works,
sometimes not".
I also am not a get in and out trader.
BTW, I'm looking to hit 25+ and then start watching
OCPI like a movie!
