Jim, Despite the news on INTC's capex intentions, I suspect both Niles and Joseph are probably correct about the near term conditions for the chip industry. This is confirmed by the forward looking statements of the chip companies as they release their fourth quarter reports. TXN is the latest example, just last night. For the moment, the market prefers to look over the valley, which is positive. When I mentioned MTSN as a buy at 9 in late December, I had a target of 15, but I left open the possibility that it might get to 17-18, and my current feelings haven't changed. Good luck. Phil
