But the men who ADMIT to being gay are the ones least likely to molest, I'd bet big money on that. So you will start by discriminating against the wrong people. You won't catch the real molesters until they act out. In the girl scouts if a second adult doesn't show meeting is CANCELED. The adults almost always show. You can be kicked out of girlscouts for disregarding this rule. It's a good rule and it works.
