(Pink Sheets:TEXN) has been advised by the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Washington, D.C., that there are no further comments to the company's Form 10 Registration Statement. The company has filed a letter requesting acceleration of effectiveness of its Form 10 Registration Statement, which it anticipates will be granted during the week commencing Jan. 22, 2001. When effective, the company will be a 12(g) reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
