FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 22, 2001--21st Century Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets:TEXN) has been advised by the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Washington, D.C., that there are no further comments to the company's Form 10 Registration Statement.
The company has filed a letter requesting acceleration of effectiveness of its Form 10 Registration Statement, which it anticipates will be granted during the week commencing Jan. 22, 2001.
When effective, the company will be a 12(g) reporting company under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Company Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Kenneth Wilson stated that he was pleased that the process has finally been completed and looks forward to trading again on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB). He further commented that after all of the listing requirements have been met, the company intends to apply for listing on The Nasdaq National Market.
