You can trade QQQ warrants (options) on the Australian Stock Market (I have them), so I imagine the issuing banks are participants in the futures market. I imagine the same thing is going on in other stockmarkets around the world. The buyers of warrants can get a fair price for the index while our market is open from Globex. This is one of the participating parties but I'd have no idea how important relatively. There was a lot of trade in the $100 calls yesterday here and zero in the $75 March.
