Well since men are very involved in our girl scout troops with the girls- I have to say that I think the rule of two is a good one. Perhaps it would be good to have one person of each sex- it would be more likely to find two male molesters together, than it would be to find a woman who would allow molestation or who would work with a man. After all- women are much less likely to molest. Or we can prohibit all men from working with children. That would be the cautious thing to do- if I follow your reasoning, which is aimed at protecting children.
