Actually GG did calculate the economics, and felt that price would not be an issue, FWIW.<GG> GG also evaluates the management team and the organization. Just like BLS, he is not as naive as he would like us to believe. Enough Gilder.

Looking at the bankruptcy laws, it appears that in Chapter 11, Reorganization, Bondholder will be forced to take equity for debt or warrants. If true, then it is a no win situation for the bondholders. They can accept pre-BK agreement or be forced to accept a court dictated decree. I am not sure about this yet, still investigating, but the equity holders still maintain their ownership only it is diluted. The result is that the current shareholders will own a smaller percentage of a debt free G*. G* will have the time to develop these vertical markets. So instead of Maurice's $1000/sh you're looking at $300/share.<GG>
