Search me. I didn't know there were women leading boy scout troops. Shall I look for a source for that? I'm sure there are atheists leading them too, though not "out" ones.

I put "Boy Scouts" and gay into google and found this: Scout leaders concede that they asked the boy if he is gay, but insist his answer -- ``yes'' -- had nothing to do with their decision not to rehire him. The Boy Scout's national policy is to ban gays, atheists and women. sir.home.texas.net but I found nothing aside from this that included women. Lots on excluding atheists, which I have no problem with, if it's private and not subsidized by the state.
