"Manage growth" is better but they both can be similar depending on whose glasses they are looking through. A company refused land will cry: strangle growth. The county would like to protect it's environment and only approve companies, subdivisions it deems desirable. This just pushes them elsewhere... If I was Boulder County I'd be buying up all the farmland I could get my hands on. They know what's coming, you know whats coming. Who are you trying to kid. BTW, are there any water or power problems yet due to the massive growth going on in Colorado? Jim

There was reasonable doubt wrt to first degree conspiracy to commit murder. Sentencing is set for Monday. You don't have to actually commit murder (hands on, so to speak) to be found guilty of first degree murder. Anyhow, he will not be facing lethal injection, but will face serious time in jail. Good verdict, IMO. I beleive he was guilty of conspiring to murder his ex girlfriend to avoid paying child support. A woman dies, but still, sending Carruth to death does not bring the girl back. Anyhow, what goes with you Boulderites? Mary
