Good question...there are a couple I use. First is the Stockscreener on SI and another one is:

moneycentral.msn.com

I'm sure there are other ones out there that are possibly even better...particularly if anyone has found one that scans for Parabolic Sar. Anyone out there know if there is such an animal?

This screener works well for me.

Stick in 95% for the percentage off the 12 month high, and you'll find lots of cheap ones.
