That report doesn't really address the question I was asking, but I think that we can extrapolate a number based on wild ass guesses.

The last table in the full report lists about 33,000 men in prison for rape and sexual assault against children. That number would need to be jacked up a bit since many are never caught. I would be surprised if the number wasn't somewhere around 1 million abusers in the U.S., but this would still only be 1% or less of the male population.

But I would expect that abusers would gravitate to places and situations where they have the opportunity, which would make the risk much higher than the percentages suggest...at least in certain situations.
