Clinton had the chance during his "farewell" message to look the American people in the eye, so to speak, and make his confession on national TV. Didn't do it. Why? It never bothered him to lie to us on national TV. As far as Bill ever being arrested, I kinda doubt that will ever happen. If there is one thing that I think that the Clintons do very well, it's cover their tracts. If it hadn't been for a DNA stained dress, Clinton would still be lying to this day.
