Nextel will have to purchase an all new 3G telecom network and do so promptly or else Sprint will take all their customers with CDMA 1XRTT. The same goes for Bell South Mobility--but there the crisis may not be so imminant because, unlike NEXTEL, Bell South does not target mainly high end business customers. Looks like AT&T could end up as the meat on everyone else's platter. John - Was the above part of the news item or your editorial addition?
