NetCel360 Strengthens Management Team With Two Executive Appointments
SAN DIEGO, Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- NetCel360 Holdings Limited, the leading pan-Asian e-Business Service Provider (eSP), today announced the appointments of Peter Steel as vice president, Web services and Mark Lo as vice president, consulting. Both executives will work in NetCel360's Hong Kong office.

Peter Steel, formerly the company's vice president, business development, will lead the Web Services division. His overall responsibilities include: customization and implementation of e-Commerce payment systems and content management systems; design and building of transactional Web sites; and the translation and localization of Web content into the six primary Asian languages -- Japanese, Korean, traditional and simplified Chinese, Thai and Bahasa Malaysia.
Prior to joining NetCel360, Mr. Steel was an independent adviser to Internet- focused digital tools groups in North America. Before that, he was managing director of Asia Pacific operations for ElectroGIG, a 3D software development company he founded in Hong Kong. Mr. Steel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ravensbourne College of Art in London.
Mark Lo will be responsible for the company's e-Business consulting division. In his position, he will oversee the planning, management and execution of a full range of integrated strategies, in addition to e-Business planning and technical consulting services.
Prior to joining NetCel360, Mr. Lo was general manager and managing principal of Cross Industries Solutions of Unisys Corporation in Melbourne, Australia. Under his leadership, Unisys was awarded many major systems integration and outsourcing contracts. Mr. Lo also has held positions with IBM, Arthur Young and the DMR Group in Australia. Mr. Lo holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Swinburne Institute of Technology, Victoria, Australia.
