Joe et all, What is truly riveting about this announcement of financing is the short window of opportunity that Acqua has to exercise there rights which is only 13 months. If I'm reading this correctly, my interpretation is that Rebecca had to sell this deal to Acqua by divulging certain pertinent information that nobody else is privy to, and reading between the lines leads me to believe that there is much on the back burner that will soon be coming forward thrusting the share price up considerably. "Little Johnny is sporting a pretty good smile" ! Needless to say Rebecca also.... Regards Tom G.
