Dave

Being somewhat new at this TA stuff...was wondering if I should join you in holding up the Normal pole...or will my broker call and advise forthwith?

dave Kitty: A Guasian/Normal weighted moving average is supposed to have a better price containment probability vrs a s.m.a or e.m.a. It does have a problem in dealing with random spike gaps.

Have you any test data /link that shows the oscillator spreads when using the Bell weights vrs the sma/ema.?

Thx.
