I think we should give Tucci a chance. He has been the president and COO for about a year at EMC. If his performance is subpar, he would not have gotten the nod.

The leadership of my stocks is very important. Tucci does not get my nod yet. He has never run an effective product marketing company. He has never had to manage growth. he has never had to manage a company in a competitive high tech product market. Perhaps he will do so at EMC, but it will be his first.
