We have been trying to make Star Wars measely remains of Reagan's thrust work for the past ten years. After blowing serious money we downscoped everything to a system called THAAD. Theater Air Defense or some such acronym. After ten years and Billions THAAD has fired ten tests and failed eight or nine times to hit the incoming target. Now mind you this is when you know it is coming and from where and we still couldn't hit it. Again, rogue nations will not attack by using ballistic missiles, maybe McVay's truck however. If you want to build a shield build it against a real enemy the Clingons for they have the death ray and are planning to split the earth in two with it!
