Jeff, You are essentially right in your dilution assertion. The results of a Nasdaq implication would have been the same, but resulting in a prolonged period of awaiting for SEC approval that might have resulted in a year to a year and a half wait. This is Nasdaq come early with the $$$$$ minus the exposure unfortunately, but that will surface in due course. When all the approvals, specifically FDA is met, Rebecca will forge ahead with Nasdaq intentions further diluting the stock, but, with institutions frothing at the bit to take a bite out of this winner.This would not be the case under current circumstances.
