I bought one 5 years ago, paid a pile of money for it and the pics were not that great. Many problems downloading pics from the camera, so I got pissed off and returned it.

5 years latter I bought my second camera, the Canon S100 Elph 2.1 Megapixel. This was 5 months ago. This camera goes everywhere I go because it is so small. Holds 72 photos at 1600 x 1200 resolution.

Picture quality is not as good as other 2.1 megapixel cameras, the main reason I bought this one is its so tiny and rugged.

I have taken about 3-4 thousand photos and it's awesome. I love it. Software it comes with is really great.

Just don't use the camera to view your photos and you should get 200-300 shots per charge.
