Wolf,

I think you may be right that the first financing is either started or just starting. The PR didn't mention when the deal was signed but since it is a material event, I think it has to be disclosed within a few days.

With regard to Oxo, I think the idea of a takeover is fantasy. What I do consider likely though is that the loans that Dimethaid is providing to Oxo will be converted to equity. DMX will have to pony up more money just to keep their share at 20% when Oxo does a financing later this year.

Dave

Huh? NR on a Friday. This is horrible news. :o)

Especially in my case. I have been absolutely languid and slothfull last week, I was supposed to get my Y2000 SRRSP funds into TD so I can get another 2000 shares for my SRRSP. Hoping for 6.50.

This is also horrible news for any one:
a) not topped up in DMX
b) short DMX (along the same tone as Russett's post)
c) slamming DMX (some on SH)
d) who doesn't understand the terms of the PP

Just my contrarian point of view. JMCPOV

and I'll balance my comments with:

a) I'll eat my last crow if I'm wrong again.

b) Pennsaid, Works and Works Well !!!!!!!!
