Thats for the post Bald Eagle. Some very true words from our Vice President. "It'll be a great day when schools have all the money they need and the Air Force has to have a bake sale to buy a bomber." The problem with this is not limited to what Cheney pointed out. There is also the problem that perhaps schools will never have all the money they need because they will find that they need more money when they get what they say they need now. Inflation adjusted per-pupil educational spending has been going up in most places for a long time but it always seems that "just a bit more and we can solve the problems of our schools". Tim
