Well, Clappy, the 2nd picture is actually closer, 'cuz it is a 2 door Bel Air. Runs fine, stops fine, turns fine. It belonged to my uncle; he gave it to my sons and me. Right now, the older one has it, and takes it out for hamburgers. He says the car like burgers cuz it gives it gas. I guess we are having an internal debate about what to do. It's only a 6, so it is semi-gutless. However, putting in an 8 cuts down on the collectable value. However on the other hand, since I don't think anybody wants to sell it, who cares about the value...I'm thinking dice, lots of chrome, of course the flames, and who knows what else...the hot rod route..,.seems more fun than just painting it up.
