AOL Time Warner will release its December quarter and CY2000 results on January 31, 2001 before the market opens. This will be the first time the Company will report results on a combined basis. Beginning at approximately 8:30 a.m. ET, AOL Time Warner senior executives will discuss the results in a presentation to investors and analysts.
